Coordinates loading, unloading, monitoring, and maintenance activities. Being a Terminal Manager - Large ensures delivery schedules are met and communicates changes or delays to shippers and customers. Implements all required safety policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure secure and safe operations. Additionally, Terminal Manager - Large prepares and reviews reports related to shipments and inventory. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Terminal Manager - Large supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Operation of various brake presses. Responsible for the production of parts in a safe manner following the routing described and the specifications required by the blueprint.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS: |

EDUCATION: |
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Satisfactory completion of Crenlo’s Press Brake Training course is required. |

WORK EXPERIENCE: |
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial. Previous experience as a press operator is desired. |

SKILLS: |
A good command of the English language is required, both written and spoken. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Ability to read and understand route sheets and blueprints and check parts to print. |

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: |
Must be able to physically perform the essential functions of the job for normal setup and operation of press. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 24 lbs., frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Typically requires standing on a regular basis and walking and stooping occasionally. Must be able to handle parts for inspection, stack parts and move parts to next operation and/or work station. Specific vision requirements include depth perception and peripheral vision.

WORKING CONDITIONS: |
Operation of brake presses is required. Typically requires the use of a forklift and hoist. Hearing protection, safety glasses and steel-toed shoes with metatarsal protection are required. |
