Implements all required safety policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure secure and safe operations. Additionally, Terminal Manager - Large prepares and reviews reports related to shipments and inventory. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Terminal Manager - Large supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Terminal Manager - Large typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Repauno Port and Rail Terminal is a state-of-the-art LPG export facility located in Gibbstown, New Jersey. Additionally, this individual will work closely with other members of the senior management team to analyze operational efficiencies and performance versus budget.
