Teller Manager supervises the teller staff and daily operations for a branch to meet operational and service standards. Ensures each day's transactions balance and oversees the auditing, reporting, and balancing operations. Being a Teller Manager reviews and approves exception transactions and researches and resolves discrepancies according to branch procedures. Prepares and manages the schedule and ensures sufficient teller coverage during busy periods. Additionally, Teller Manager responds to escalated customer issues and presents solutions. Trains staff members on operating, regulatory and security policies and procedures. Reviews tellers' performance, conducts performance appraisals, tracks cash differences, and issues corrective actions. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Teller Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Teller Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Rosewood Hotel Group is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager, to help develop best-in-class brand management across our organization with focus on the Americas region. This role will report to Vice President, Brand Strategy and Marketing to drive the Americas region properties in executing strategic, high quality marketing plans to achieve effective go-to-market implementation.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)

    ·       Work closely with Directors of Communications across properties in the region and Communications Manager, AMERS to support property marketing plans and global initiatives to fulfill region marketing goals in accordance to global marketing direction and global brand ambition.

    ·        Govern annual plans and overall marcoms investments to ensure tracking against business and brand goals.

    ·        Collaborate with coms manager to arrange all aspects of management and the coordination of marketing and communication activities to include updating the global brand calendar with AMERS activities, measuring and analyzing KPIs for brand and AMERS region and providing sound advice and knowledge for growth, compiling regular reports and developing presentations.

    ·        Build a strong relationship with the property marketing and communications teams through monthly calls and regular communication, keeping track of their activities, sharing with the brand team and providing brand guidance and training.

    ·        Collaborate closely with global brand planning manager to ensure adhereance to global brand cadence and seamless global-to-property information and communication flow

    ·       Support with cascading brand campaigns, toolkits and playbooks to the properties and following up on progress to measure success.

    ·       Support regional content development governance in collaboration with global content planning & creative services team to ensure property content is on-brand.

    ·        Provide hands-on support on preopening plans in partnership with corporate and properties teams. Manage new opening processes and protocols, including onboarding property teams, tracking key milestones, supporting collateral development, photography planning and processes.

    ·        Oversees and manages internal content management system, marketing and communication files and folders for the region.

    ·        Oversees the maintenance of the marketing database for regional vendors and partners.

    ·        Support the Director of Social Media & Marketing Communications region head and the global brand team with agency relationship management across PR and social media.

    ·        Travels to hotel or business locations team if required.

    ·        Manages the budget accounting tasks, including processing purchase orders and expense claims, according to finance guidelines.

    ·        Contributes to ensuring that brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.

    ·        Is always a “Brand Ambassador” at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.

    ·        Models the company’s culture, vision, mission and core values at all times.

    Required Skills

    ·  A minimum of 5 years previous experience in luxury and lifestyle marketing and communications.

    ·        Excellent computer skills, including MS PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word.

    ·        Highly organized and detail oriented. 

    ·        Ability to meet deadlines.

    ·        Works well under pressure. 

    ·        Fluent native speaker including verbal and written English.

    ·        Meticulous at organization and good at writing and communicating.

    This position is open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. The salary range for this position is $100,000-110,000. This is the pay range for this position that the company reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of experience, location, and education.
