First State Community Bank is seeking a quick learning, positive and energetic individual with a strong work ethic for a Teller Manager position.

You'll be the jack-of-all-trades in the teller department. The go-to-person for completing transactions and overseeing the tellers in your location. For many FSCB customers, you're the helpful, friendly face of the bank. People will turn to you for deposits and check-cashing, but they'll also turn to you for answers.

Our best Teller Managers know their customers and team members, understand their financial needs, and assist in providing the right solution. They can seamlessly move from simply cashing a check to providing guidance to tellers and customers alike.

Responsibilities in Accordance with Our Corporate Values

Professionalism

• Build trust with customers by accurately and efficiently processing transactions
• Constantly seek to improve the financial health of customers through the recommendation and education of FSCB products that meet their needs

Adaptability

• Set schedules for teller team
• Works as a team leader to create exceptional customer experiences

Accountability

• Examine tellers' reports of daily transactions for accuracy
• Manage cash flow of teller department

Initiative

• Develop and maintain relationships with FSCB customers, as well as teller team
• Is a consistent advocate and ambassador of FSCB corporate values both inside and outside the bank

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prior cash handling experience preferred
• Prior teller experience is preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• General clerical and office technology skills
