Teller Manager supervises the teller staff and daily operations for a branch to meet operational and service standards. Ensures each day's transactions balance and oversees the auditing, reporting, and balancing operations. Being a Teller Manager reviews and approves exception transactions and researches and resolves discrepancies according to branch procedures. Prepares and manages the schedule and ensures sufficient teller coverage during busy periods. Additionally, Teller Manager responds to escalated customer issues and presents solutions. Trains staff members on operating, regulatory and security policies and procedures. Reviews tellers' performance, conducts performance appraisals, tracks cash differences, and issues corrective actions. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Teller Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Teller Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Worley is seeking a dynamic and experienced Start-Up Manager to oversee the commissioning activities and execution plan for a large-scale LNG construction project. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety to ensure the successful start-up of the project. This role requires a motivated self-starter with a comprehensive understanding of gas processes, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with construction and operations teams.

     

    BASIC FUNCTIONS

    The Start-Up Manager will have full responsibility to direct and execute commissioning activities and execution plan for a large-scale LNG construction project, and for implementing Worley’s Safety Policies and Procedures throughout the commissioning phases of the project.

     

    SPECIFIC DUTIES

    Prepare Commissioning philosophy, schedule, and procedures during the project Detailed Design phase.

    Conduct commissioning and start-up of all systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications.

    Oversee day-to-day commissioning activities throughout all project phases.

    Support system handover and acceptance from Construction Team to Operations Team.

    Report to the Project Manager on commissioning issues, start-up schedule, and progress.

    Interface with client management regarding commissioning and start-up.

    Ensure cost-effective utilization of commissioning resources.

    Define system priority handover list from Construction to Commissioning and from Commissioning to Operations.

    Develop and maintain commissioning budget.

    Develop and review commissioning test equipment and material take-offs.

    Coordinate with vendors for specialized equipment and overall vendor coordination.

    Prepare systems for final inspection and handover to Operations Team.

    Assist in evaluation and selection of Commissioning Team staff members.

    Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

    Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Motivated self-starter with complex problem-solving ability.

    Excellent communication skills and team-oriented personality.

    Detailed working knowledge of the LNG process and facilities including power generation and distribution, control and safety systems, gas separation, turbine driven gas compression, rotating equipment, utility support, and lifesaving systems.

    Familiarity with construction and commissioning safety processes including Permit to Work, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Company Safety Program, and safety audits.

     

    EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

    Degree in Engineering or relevant experience. Equivalent industry certifications and experience will be considered.

     

    EXPERIENCE

    Extensive experience in Oil & Gas Construction, Commissioning, Start-Up, and Operations, particularly Commissioning and Start-up experience of large capital projects.
