Field Sales Manager - (SW TEXAS) - Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, or Lubbock areas.
SUMMARY:This position is responsible for generating revenue though managing existing customer relationships, developing new customer relationships and retaining and growing their base of customers. This candidate must reside in one of the states within assigned territory. Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, or Lubbock areas. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Achieve or Exceed assigned financial and customer objectives, including Revenue and/or Gross Margin targets (quotas) for products and services.• Meet with customers on a regular basis to ensure strengthened relationships between the customer and KGPCo.• Drive profitability and growth initiatives in all KGPCo Business Units (BU) as assigned by Management.• Partner and collaborate with key suppliers and internal BU teams to deliver sales opportunities.• Manage key initiatives across their teams to ensure success in each account and work directly with each Key Account Manager (KAM).• Manage key customer relationships directly, to ensure growth and profitability.• Participate in other projects as required to deliver the plan.• Performs other duties as requested by Manager.• Driving is an essential function of this position.
