Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Telecommunications Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Communications Operator provides effective and efficient internal and external hospital communications among staff, patients and providers. The operator also functions as receptionist and welcome center to all incoming patients, guests and vendors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BLS preferred; must receive certification within three months of start date
Nurse Aide Certificate/Medical Assistant Certification/Diploma/EMT Certification
