West Side Telecommunications, Morgantown WV, a subsidiary of TelAtlantic Communications, Inc., a provider of telecommunications and broadband services, is accepting resumes from qualified candidates for the full-time position of IT Support Technician.
The job duties will vary and include activities designed to support the installation and maintenance of communications, IT systems and broadband services for business and residence customers.
Qualified candidates will have documented experience in computer networks, computer hardware and operating systems, LAN/WAN design and operation, Routers, servers and gateways. The ability to work with fiber optic cable and LAN wiring is expected.
The qualified candidate will possess good interpersonal skills, pc skills, Office 365, Cyber Security practices, help desk, the ability to work with others, and work with minimal direction. Completion of a 2 year IT training program or 2 years of related experience is required.
