Develops policies and procedures for installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment. Being a Telecommunications Director plans and manages complex installation or repair projects. Assesses current and future telecommunications needs and researches and plans improvements to meet those requirements. Additionally, Telecommunications Director trains and develops staff. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Telecommunications Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Telecommunications Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Entry Level Manager Trainee Responsibilities:

    • Representing the company in a professional manner and abiding by all safety and employee guidelines
    • Creating new accounts confidently with a simple sales process and inputting client information to our system accurately
    • Following up with clients, closings sales, overturning objections, and closing contacts
    • Initiating and following up on client-given leads in specific territories to positively impact brand awareness and sales revenue
    • Working cross-functionally with all departments to make sure all sales efforts are coordinated and complementary to our client's standards
    • Speaking professionally with potential customers with confidence and poise
    • Attend daily meetings to stay up to date on industry knowledge and any new client services or promotions that will increase consumer satisfaction

    Entry Level Manager Trainee Requirements:

    • High school Diploma or GED
    • Background in Management, Client Relations, Sales, Business, or Consulting is ideal
    • Ability to define issues, analyze problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop sound conclusions
    • Unwavering positivity and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced atomic environment
    • The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
    • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
