Telecommunications Director is responsible for the strategic planning and design of an organization's telecommunications systems. Develops policies and procedures for installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment. Being a Telecommunications Director plans and manages complex installation or repair projects. Assesses current and future telecommunications needs and researches and plans improvements to meet those requirements. Additionally, Telecommunications Director trains and develops staff. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Telecommunications Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Telecommunications Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Goddard is a leading national franchise in early childhood. Lynnwood, WA, is a soon-to-open location (under construction), and we are setting up a new team for our grand opening in February or March 2024. As a visionary and dedicated leader, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our preschool and provide young learners with a foundation for lifelong success.


    Responsibilities:


    Leadership
    : Provide visionary leadership and oversee all aspects of the preschool's daily operations, including curriculum development, staff management, and parent communication.

    Curriculum Development: Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes the holistic growth of young learners.

    Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff. Provide ongoing professional development opportunities to ensure a high-quality teaching team.

    Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and licensing requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment for children.

    Financial Management: Oversee the preschool's budget, manage finances efficiently, and work to achieve and maintain financial sustainability.

    Parent Communication: Foster positive relationships with parents and families, maintaining open and transparent communication channels.

    Community Engagement: Build and maintain partnerships with the local community, including parents, educational organizations, and other stakeholders.


    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in early childhood education or a related field

    State licensing as a preschool director or eligibility to obtain it.

    Proven experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting

    Strong understanding of child development, curriculum development, and educational best practices.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
