JOB SUMMARY:
The Communications Operator provides effective and efficient internal and external hospital communications among staff, patients and providers. The operator also functions as receptionist and welcome center to all incoming patients, guests and vendors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BLS preferred; must receive certification within three months of start date
Nurse Aide Certificate/Medical Assistant Certification/Diploma/EMT Certification
Experience working in an acute care setting
