Relapath is currently seeking a Business Analyst to support our client in Lansing, MI on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days per week working in the office.
Location requirement: This position requires the ability to commute to Lansing, MI weekly. Ideally, candidates are those who are local to the greater Lansing area with the ability to commute.
Please note this position does not offer relocation assistance nor visa sponsorship.
This is a direct-hire opportunity with Relapath on W2, offering benefit options such as medical, dental, vision, and PTO.
Overview:- Receive, process, present data, and information regarding weekly Service Requests (Infrastructure Service Requests).
- Responsible for gathering business and technical requirements during the client kick-off meetings.
- Consult SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) on tasks required to complete integrated projects for all Telecommunication services, such as, WAN, WLAN, MLAN, Security, Contact/Call Centers, Telephony, and Video. Manage multiple projects as assigned.
- Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements for all IT solutions and to identify impacted business processes and determine best process and IT solution integration.
- Obtain and report business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate review sessions to discuss projects.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Work with multiple network platforms, such as, WAN, MLAN, WLAN, Security, Voice, and Videoconferencing
- Disseminate information effectively to all technical teams, customers, and technical managers.
- Understand a large (enterprise) and complex network environment.
Mandatory Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree required with 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of telecommunications.
- Organization and Prioritization skills
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with multiple agencies and/or vendors and/or departments in an enterprise environment.
- 1 year of experience with Clarity is preferred.
