Job Responsibilities:

• Devise and implement client-centric strategies for managing and nurturing accounts in the healthcare sector, prioritizing long-term satisfaction and loyalty
• Establish and sustain strong, advisory relationships with principal accounts, key stakeholders, and decision-makers
• Guarantee the prompt and successful delivery of solutions in alignment with client goals and expectations, collaborating with internal teams as needed
• Seek out and capitalize on opportunities to expand services and presence within existing accounts
• Address client concerns swiftly, collaborating with the support team to resolve any issues effectively and maintain superior level of client satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Healthcare Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of proven account management or other relevant experience – strongly preferred within the telecommunications sector and/or servicing healthcare clients
• Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and how they can be applied in a healthcare context
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
