army.mil / usarpac Responsibilities Responsible for Telecommunications and Information Management in the Operations Mission area.

Evaluates and makes recommendations concerning overall plans and proposals for telecommunications programs within the area of responsibility (AOR) of HQ US Army Pacific (USARPAC) G6, Communication and Information Networks and Joint / Coalition Network.

Develops plans, policies, and procedures; defines and implements requirements; directs operations; and manages telecommunications programs for command, control, communications, computers, and information management (C4IM) with USARPAC G6 AOR.

Provides oversight and management of 40 plus Theater level exercises and all associated Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) events.

Represents USARPAC G6 as telecommunications expert and technical authority at conferences, boards, committees, panels, and reviews.

and planning C4IM exercises that support theater-wide, real-world operations for organizations within the assigned area of responsibility.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade / level position in the federal service (GS-12).

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas : Managing Human Resources Technical Competence Telecommunications Project / Program Management Time in Grade Requirement : Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
