    The Role
    RedMane is expanding its professional services delivery capabilities in seeking a client Engagement Manager to function as an expert at the intersection of business development and services delivery within RedMane’s most strategic accounts. This position is based in our Little Rock office and will be embedded as a key member of the RedMane account team with our Project Managers and client delivery teams.

    You will become an expert on the client, lead efforts in developing new client stakeholder relationships, identifying client needs and account growth opportunities, while ensuring strong account satisfaction. This person will need to develop a thorough understanding of our mCase platform and its functionality.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Identify new opportunities within the state to increase RedMane’s footprint. The position will drive additional sales within the project and within the overall client account.
    • Constructing a comprehensive client account plan in partnership with the account team to guide a robust engagement strategy.
    • Serving as an expert client resource and developing reliable client account intelligence in working with lobbyists to discover prospective proposals, budgeting allocations and political shifts.
    • Coordinating and managing feedback from clients, including analysis of surveys and senior leadership interviews, and then communicating accordingly to ensure coordination and proper alignment within RedMane delivery efforts.
    • Interaction with clients, stakeholders and lobbyists is required.  This role will be instrumental to the client relationship.
    • Tracking broader market trends and changes to help the account leadership understand the impact on the specific client landscape.


    Qualifications
    • 10 years of professional services with experience in account management and client development; consulting background preferred.
    • Understanding of state government both from the perspective of delivering state services as well as understanding the political and influential landscape of the state.
    • Thorough understanding of budget and procurement cycles as well as an understanding of how the state allocates and utilizes resources.
    • Understanding of Child Welfare programs including federal compliance and CCWIS standards is beneficial.
    • Proven performance in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment with people at all levels.
