About the Position:
The Research Manager I of One Fire Associates, LLC will work directly with Senior Research Director(s) on research and evaluation activities and projects within their area of training and practice. This position may be assigned a role as project lead to certain projects and will always be a back up support on research and evaluation activities across all projects.

How will you make an impact?
The scope of duties, with guidance from the Senior Research Director, include, but are not limited to, the following:
Communicate with internal and external project teams.
Attend project meetings to discuss opportunities, identify client needs and evaluate solutions.
Coordinating and tracking all evaluation activities.
Developing tools and templates to support evaluation activities, such as data security plans, data tracking spreadsheets, surveys, and other products.
Writing technical reports and other products that summarize available data on the project, such as power-point, infographics, and others identified.
Contributing to the development of plans and strategies for quality improvement internally and with external partners.
Implementing quality assurance plans and reporting on any findings.
Facilitating and documenting meetings and events, including web-based and on-site support.
Providing training to a wide range of stakeholders (tribal leaders, administrators, professionals, community members, youth) on various topics related to research and behavioral health.
Implementing internal operational procedures according to the One Fire Associates policies and procedures.
Participating in staff meetings, training, and development opportunities.
Taking initiative on advancing key evaluation aspects of the projects.
Utilizing team members to their fullest potential, encouraging collaboration, fostering positive communication, showing acknowledgement and appreciation.
Utilize organizational resources which include project management programs (monday.com), zoom video conferencing, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
Additional assignments as mutually agreed upon.
Education, Required Skills, and Qualifications:
The position requires 2 experience in working with indigenous populations at community and system levels.
MSW Preferred
Master’s Degree Required
Proficient computer skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Slides, and Jamboard, as well as experience with Google Drive for desktop and Microsoft Office Programs.
Proficiency in using zoom for video calls.
Have a leadership mentality.
Demonstrate good Time Management skills.
Ability to make quick and informed decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team approach, taking input and guidance from others, which include staff and external elder consultants.
Ability to effectively and consistently work remotely from your state/territory (at date of hire) within the United States.
Takes initiative to advance innovative projects and partnerships.
Reports Directly to the CEO and COO.
What we offer:
Compensation is to be negotiated during the time of hire and dependent upon the employment status. The salary range for this position is $67,000 - $85,000.

Depending on the level of experience and qualifications, candidates may qualify for higher level positions that include responsibilities at the project level for research and evaluation activities within the expert area of training and practice.
