Logistic Analyst – Sentinel
Tope is seeking a Logistic Analyst to support the AF Strategic Program Engineering Services team in support of the world's most complex technical challenges for the next generation ICBM. The selected applicant will join an interdisciplinary team supporting the effort. Chosen candidate will:- Review technical orders, manuals, and illustrations to identify common, unique and obsolete parts, their associated identifiers, specifications and suppliers.
- Finds will be stored and analyzed in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets where they will be reviewed and edited.
Position requires a fully adjudicated DoD Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance, at least 3 years’ experience with:- Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) case-tracking
- DMSMS metrics collection and analysis at an in-depth level
- Part selection criteria and their impact on DMSMS resilience
- Identifying, prioritizing, and recommending solutions to the barriers that prevent a PM from establishing a robust DMSMS management program.
- Receive, track, and coordinate program documents.
- Experience with TOs, TCTOs, Excel Macros, VBA, ESS, Haystack, FedMall, ETIMS, JEDMICS, and ICBM logistics are desired.
- Reviewing integrated logic support analyses and worksheets for adequacy and accuracy.
- Technical theories and concepts related to system logistics/sustainment/production activities/obsolescence.
- Microsoft Office suite and data analysis and manipulation using Excel.
Other skills desired are:- ICBM Logistics experience
- Interpreting government and industry directives, standards, data item descriptions and related instructions for impact on integrated logistic support procedures
- Developing and preparing quality reports
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, technical writing or related discipline
