YOUR DAY AS A JOB AD WRITING SUPERVISOR

As the Job Ad Writing Supervisor, your role intertwines creativity with organization! Crafting captivating job ads and ensuring their quality through detailed inspections, you're the driving force propelling our team toward success. Each day brings in client requests to enhance their job postings, and you lead the charge by example, both in writing and in maintaining our workflow. Emphasizing quality assurance and cultivating a mindset geared towards growth are central to your mission.

With a swift click, you manage time-off requests while also being the main point of contact for inquiries via chat, email, or questions. You kick off weekly stand-up meetings on Mondays, infusing them with energy to spark creativity and brainstorming. Additionally, you conduct bi-weekly one-on-one sessions with team members, nurturing their development and fostering a sense of unity. Join us in reaching new heights together!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
