Pay Range: $26.42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Support repair refurbishment operations with product quality improvement projects.
• The main deliverable will be technical documentation updates.
• Candidate needs to be familiar with navigating engineering documentation systems (MyWorkshop), manufacturing documentation practices, Microsoft Office (particularly Word & Excel w/macros), and basic photo editing.
• Candidate needs good interpersonal communication skills to work with technicians and support personnel within the operation.
• Familiarity with client systems and packaging experience is desirable but is not required.
• Engineering education or 2-3 years demonstrated technical writing experience.
• This role reports to Quality Assurance organization and will mainly be working with the operations team with oversight from QA.
• Required skill set Engineering education or 2-3 years demonstrated technical writing experience.
