FISE Supervisor traditional scope:

Manage and maintain Field Service Representatives team.

• Operational support, payroll, reporting and invoicing, HSE, HR and overall people management.

Develop a thorough SOW, WI and Field Service operational roles and responsibilities, including processes, equipment, and regulations, to provide accurate and informed Field Service operations to Customer.

Offer knowledge sharing or resources to Customer to enhance their knowledge and skills in areas such as Casing Running Operations, safety, equipment operation.

Stay up-to-date with Customer safety regulations and industry standards to ensure and maintain a safe working environment.

Keep detailed records of KPI’s to report to Customer Casing Running Assistance allowing discussions on efficiencies and operational improvements. Maintain Power BI dashboard.

New services promotion and deployment. Coordinate with Customer and other Tenaris areas on project requirements, timelines, and budgets, offering support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

New Commercial opportunities. Support CFE team with the identification of opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on Customer interactions.

• Report any insights to TESA and CFE teams.

On-site support. Build rapport and maintain strong positive relationships with Customer Drilling Ops Superintendent and Well Site Supervisors.

• Weekly in person visits to Customer’s Office (target 2 days/week).
• Monthly Field Service meeting to review Field Service KPI’s, HSE, and any other pertinent updates to operations.

Services Execution follow-up. Act as liaison to Customer to appropriate Tenaris teams involved in operations in navigating complex supply chains, including Field Service operations, sourcing equipment, logistics, and inventory management, to optimize their operations.

• Actively follow up of Customer needs and concerns regarding Field Service specifics. Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries. IE: Vendor Evaluations
• Support Customer needs and concerns regarding all Tenaris services. Report information to appropriate teams internally, (RDL, Quality, TESA, CFE, Etc.). Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
• Communicate to Customer any important updates, proposals, or changes in a timely manner. Gather feedback and report to internal Tenaris teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
