    Job Summary
    Part-time tutor for Writing on the Gainesville Campus. Must be knowledgeable in writing across the curriculum, study skill techniques, and communicate well with others.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Treats students and colleagues with respect
    • Focuses teaching and outreach efforts on student success.
    • Active involvement in issues of institutional effectiveness including student learning outcomes, program-level outcomes, and marketable skills achievement.
    • Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change based on the needs of the department and the institution.

    Required Education
    Bachelors degree in a related field with a cumulative GPA of 3.0.

    Required Skills & Abilities
    Must be knowledgeable in writing across the curriculum, study skill techniques, and communicate well with others.

    Preferred Skills & Abilities

    Required Experience
    Experience working with adult learners in an academic setting.
