Experience:

• Previous experience in window construction and/or in the construction industry is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in common MS Office programs
• Knowledge of CAD modeling, especially AutoCAD & Inventor
• Knowledge of quotation software (Logikal, FP pro)
• Degree in mechanical or civil engineering, or a similar technical discipline
• Fluency in English is required
• Customer-oriented, problem solver and proactive attitude
• Team player, a positive and result-oriented mindset

As technical supervisor, you will be the reference for our company American Windows and Shutters in the technical department and join a talented & ambitious work environment.

You will play an active role in AWS's new business, which will offer AluK products (windows, doors and pergolas) to the market in addition to the existing Croci products (shutters).

You will be responsible for the design and development of new products for the US market alongside with the adaptation of existing ALUK series to the local US requirements.

Your role will also cover the management of independent project in close collaboration with sales, customer service, architects, and installation teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $56,031.45 - $67,478.73 per year
