Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring the upkeep of all equipment and systems.

Duties:

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, strategies, and programs
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Experience:

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics.
- Experience in high voltage systems maintenance
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Strong project management skills
- Background in industrial maintenance practices
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Electrical expertise for handling electrical systems
