Responsibilities:
Job Summary: The IT Technical Services Manager at Prominence Health plays a crucial role in planning, organizing, and directing IT technical support services for staff and regional offices. Supervising Support Technicians and collaborating with corporate UHS information technology resources, this position ensures the timely tracking and completion of incidents and work requests as well as manages the IT assets. The role involves researching, designing, testing, and implementing computer-based information systems to meet information security and business application needs, along with system uptime availability requirements. The manager actively participates in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance, working in coordination with company leadership and corporate IT resources. Additionally, the IT Technical Services Manager evaluates the existing technology environment, recommends improvements, and contributes to performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities. Key systems supported include Networking, Desktop systems, Office 365, SharePoint, Software licensing, Brivo Badging system, Facilities Data Closets, and Telecommunications.

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

10 years of increasingly responsible technical experience with at least 5 years in managing staff and IT related projects/Technical Support Services required.

ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) Foundations, Service Desk, and/or Service Operations certification or experience required.

CCENT, CCNA, CISSP, SSCP, or equivalent Information Technology/Security certification required.

Experience establishing and/or operating an IT Asset Management function.

Communicates effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to be verbally fluent and persuasive in presenting recommendations, and tactful in identifying existing managerial problem areas.

Strong computer equipment/application skills including computer-based information security systems.

Ability to recognize, analyze and resolve complex hardware, software, system, and network problems.

Strong IT project management skills, including determining technical requirements from non-technical customers.

Salary: Starting from $102,586.21 to $153,879.32 a year
