Job Duties
Responsible for the management of Surveillance technical operations including budgeting, project management, and supervision of CCTV, Access Control, Digital Recording Head-end-Systems, and other related electronic fields. Also, will manage department inventory, and the product requisition process. Promotes superior guest service.
Essential Duties:
1. Oversees and documents the progression of all the department’s projects.
2. Manages and documents all field operations of the surveillance technical operation.
3. Assists with creating applicable system designs and budgeting for projects initiated by Mohegan, maintaining the department’s budget and inventory.
4. Serves as department liaison to other technical management within Mohegan.
5. Responsible for implementation of all new technologies related to the CCTV and Access Control field and approved systems.
6. Coordinates meeting with manufacturers’ sales and technical support staff.
7. Supervises the daily activities of employees, provides performance feedback both formally and informally, interprets and enforces policies and procedures and communicates effectively.
Other requirements may include the following:
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent AND three years’ experience in electronics related supervisory or project management position OR three years’ experience as a Physical security Engineer or Surveillance Technical Supervisor. Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule. Will be on call and required to work in emergencies.

- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risks and protect company assets.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical management role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficient in dispatching technicians and managing their schedules.
- In-depth knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and security protocols.
- Experience in conflict management and resolving disputes in a professional manner.
- Possess relevant certifications or training in technical management or related fields.
- Familiarity with report writing and documentation procedures.
- Previous experience in law enforcement or loss prevention is highly desirable.
