You will be working with our Customer Service Team to develop relationships within the homeschool/education community and maintain and assist our repeat customers. Ideally, we would like someone who is a people person with an outgoing personality, ready to serve our customers.
This position is in-office, seasonal employment from now until September 29th, 2023, with the possibility of coming on permanently. - Communicating with people outside the organization and representing the organization to customers, the public, and external sources.
- Responding to customer problems or complaints while maintaining the company culture, vision, and mission.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Requirements- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to commute to Springfield, Missouri
- Basic computer skills (LiveAgent experience is a plus)
- Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
