Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to provide crucial support to our Luxury Fine Writing Business - supporting our Brick and Mortar Store as well as our online Store. . The ideal candidate will possess a deep appreciation for luxury products, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of inventory control and fulfillment operation including receiving shipments, conducting stock checks, and ensuring accurate product counts.
• Utilize our inventory management systems to ensure accurate product tracking, maintain optimal inventory levels, and facilitate timely order fulfillment.
• Provide customers and the internal sales team with accurate and timely product availability information as well as estimated delivery information.
• Coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure efficient and accurate receiving, warehousing, and drop shipping.
• Reach out and maintain relationships with key supply chain partners.
• Optimize warehouse layout and coordinate logistics and processes for maximized efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and generate timely reports to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and discretion, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the brand.

Qualifications:

• Efficient computer skills to handle all aspects of the day to day operation of an inventory Manager including understanding and working with an inventory system, purchasing system, efficiently working with multipoint dropship and customer interaction.
• Equivalent experience; or working experience in luxury retail industry is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and business partners.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
