Emergency Technical Decon (ETD) operates a state-of-the art cleaning and decontamination service facility located in Eagan, MN. Our Patented Liquid CO2 cleaning process is designed to significantly increase the life of PPE while providing complete decontamination of toxins. This service is provided for all types of public safety and healthcare services PPE and other items emergency staff typically use.

Facility Manager-Job Summary:

On-site leader of the ETD facility. Responsible for all aspects of decontamination, inspection, and repair/alterations processing

• Monitor and improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee facility efficiency.
• Manage relationships with customers, vendors, and service providers.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Perform quality controls and assess ongoing quality management.
• Manage production schedules.
• Establish and maintain controls and documentation procedures.
• Ensure production processes meet industry guidelines, standards, and requirements.
• Knowledge, understanding and compliance of Company safety procedures.
• Collaborate with company staff to establish a preventative maintenance schedule for equipment and workspaces.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills, written skills, and computer proficiency
• Certification/Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred or previous work experience in a similar role acceptable.
• 2 years of management experience in manufacturing, industrial cleaning, laundry, textile restoration, dry-cleaning, or fire service industry desired.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, sitting, stooping, and twisting.
• Occasional lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying, and handling of materials weighing up to 50lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
