Job Description:
Horry Georgetown Technical College is seeking applicants for a Financial Aid Compliance and Operations Officer. The Officer will be responsible for assisting with compliance of Federal and State regulations and institutional policies, performing internal audits, overseeing the Satisfactory Academic Progress process, and importing Institutional Student Information Records. The selected individual will work closely with the Financial Aid management team to streamline processes, develop and implement policies, and provide ongoing training to staff to ensure compliance within the operations of Financial Aid Office.
Advertised Salary:
$37,860 (Minimum)- $53,957 (Midpoint)
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and financial aid experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, faculty, staff and the general public. Five (5) years of progressive financial aid experience, knowledge of Ellucian Banner Financial Aid, NASFAA Credentials.
