This position is in-office, seasonal employment from now until September 29th, 2023, with the possibility of coming on permanently. - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Requirements- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to commute to Springfield, Missouri
- Basic computer skills (LiveAgent experience is a plus)
- Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
