If you are a motivated designer with skills and interest in designing RF IP block designs that will be used in most of the cellphones sold today, Skyworks' IP team is looking for you! As part of the company's IP development team you will work on RF products as well as developing RF IP blocks that are used across the company. You will be designing RF circuit blocks such as LNAs, PAs and switches.
The work involves developing, updating, and maintaining Skyworks' IP libraries as well as guiding and helping the design community in their integration and performance verification via simulation. In this role you will collate the requirements from various design teams and work with our systems team to define the specifications for Skyworks' IP blocks. You will also work on device optimization to maximize the performance of RF circuits. #LI-SG1
Preferred Qualifications:
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$163,800 -$324,900per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
