Responsibilities: Create and maintain single-source documentation for products and processes, including guides, online help, training materials, job aids, and more Work with a variety of subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy Release content and updates in accordance with specified milestones and timelines Tailor materials to specific audiences and purposes while adhering to existing brand and documentation standards Identify areas to improve workflows, mitigate risk, and delight internal and external Cosm customers through consistent and dependable documentation Assemble regular status and utilization updates for leaders Collaborate to update and maintain standards and processes for consistent documentation creation Innovate solutions to establish or improve processes and deliverables Experience: At least three years’ experience as a technical writer Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience with Flare, RoboHelp, or similar authoring tools Excellent verbal and written communicator Advanced understanding of standard English grammar and accepted standards for technical communications Ability to manage multiple projects with strict timelines Demonstrated technical acuity and keen attention to detail Passion for creating positive experiences for Cosm guests, customers, and team members Preferred Experience: Interest in astronomy or related sciences Experience writing technical content for one or more of the following industries: broadcasting, parks and attractions, performance venues, science and education, and sports and entertainment
