Yorktel is currently seeking a Technical Writer who will be a vital part of the Operations Delivery Production team. They will create all levels and types of technical printed and electronic content. They will also perform research, analysis, collaborating with technical staff, and coordinating writing efforts. The Technical Writer will be responsible for providing write-ups and documentation for Yorktel’s technical projects such as technical proof of concepts, new product development, hardware refreshes, operating systems rollouts, computer image updates, ongoing infrastructure changes, etc. The target receipts of the technical writer’s work would be large audiences such Yorktel end users, internal staff, vendors, clients, and more.
