We design advanced medical-grade machines that help doctors, estheticians, and salon owners deliver stunning transformations to people who want to look and feel better. These devices, in some cases, are high-intensity energy machines that strictly follow FDA guidelines.

We’re growing and building some of the most innovative technology in space. Which is why we need an excellent technical writer to help us with the extensive amount of regulatory and technical documentation that is required to put us in perfect compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Originate, edit, and revise technical documentation, including component specifications and standard operating procedures for manufacturing

• With assistance, edit and revise technical reports or regulatory submission documents

• Assist in 510(k) Submissions.

• Assist in QMS Document Deployment (Including Instructions For Use)

• Assist in U.S. Patent Writing

• Assist in IRB applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, STEM, or a technical field, or equivalent

• Proficient understanding of U.S. FDA and EU Medical Device regulatory requirements.

• Knowledge of quality system requirements such as ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.

• Knowledge of rules and regulations of the USPTO.

• Knowledge of FDA rules and regulations regarding IRB applications.

• Must be computer-savvy and well-versed in document editing software i.e. Adobe Reader, etc.

• Effective technical writing and verbal communication skills.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Great attention to detail with excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

• Self-directed, the ability to work independently, and is highly motivated.

• Ability to function in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

• Fluent in English (fluency in other languages is a plus).

Working Conditions:

• The Technical Writer would work in an office environment that includes laboratory and manufacturing areas. Occasional travel may be required.

• The Technical Writer would work a standard workweek.
