Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Instructor to join our team. As a Training Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary tools and information to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires, as well as ongoing training for existing employees
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and handouts
- Conduct training sessions in both classroom and on-the-job settings
- Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Training Instructor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate different learning styles
- Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
