Technical Training Manager leads the design and delivery of technical training programs. Determines training objectives by conducting analysis of overall needs and specific skill or knowledge gaps. Being a Technical Training Manager manages the development of training programs and materials including outlines, text, handouts, hands on exercises, and training evaluations. Establishes processes to monitor results and collect feedback on training instructors to determine effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Technical Training Manager assesses and manages any contractors utilized to deliver specialized training. May manage IT, product, or equipment training depending on the industry and setting. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an director. The Technical Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Technical Training Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in general contracting for multifamily wood-frame construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in overseeing projects from inception to completion, demonstrating exceptional leadership and project management skills while at the mercy of a developer.

    Key Responsibilities:
    **Manage multifamily construction projects from land bidding through to the final stages of construction.

    **Total project oversight, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget, and compliance with municipality requirements.

    **Supervise project personnel, assign work, and ensure quality control.

    **Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to maintain project timelines and budget constraints.

    **Act as the main point of contact, fostering strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

    **Ensure seamless communication and productivity between the field and clients.

    **Monitor workmanship quality and materials.

    **Handle administrative functions, including subcontractor submittals, status reports, monthly draws, RFI's, and change orders.

    **Promote and enforce safety protocols on the project site.

    **Manage local permitting processes and liaise with building officials.

    **Utilize Microsoft Office and Procore for project management, maintaining accurate records and reports.

    Job Requirements:
    **Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Contractor in wood-frame, multifamily construction (new construction, not renovations).

    **Must have completed at least 3-5 recent projects in the range of $45 million, in large, wood-frame apartments or senior living facilities.

    **Proven ability to manage projects with minimal travel, primarily office-based with regular site visits (90% office, 10% job site).

    **Strong leadership skills, with an emphasis on schedule adherence and budget compliance.

    **Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and relationship building.

    **Experience in leading all phases of construction, from subcontract buyout to turnover.

    **Ability to work on large-scale projects and potentially handle multiple projects simultaneously after a probation period.

    **Experience in wood-frame, masonry, or similar construction methods.
