Technical Training Manager leads the design and delivery of technical training programs. Determines training objectives by conducting analysis of overall needs and specific skill or knowledge gaps. Being a Technical Training Manager manages the development of training programs and materials including outlines, text, handouts, hands on exercises, and training evaluations. Establishes processes to monitor results and collect feedback on training instructors to determine effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Technical Training Manager assesses and manages any contractors utilized to deliver specialized training. May manage IT, product, or equipment training depending on the industry and setting. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an director. The Technical Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. We are looking for a PPF installer to be part of our training team. You will be working with other instructors to train students in PPF application techniques.
We are introducing a PPF course and are looking for someone who loves the industry. We have 2 part time positions open:
Position 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday nights from 6pm to 9pm
Position 2: Saturday only 8:30am to 4:30pm
You must have a lot of patience to work with people.
Duties will include:
- Apply PPF on parts of a vehicle (demonstrate to students how to do this)
- Demonstrate and explain steps being taken during the application process
- Evaluate student's work and give feedback about their work
- Encourage and motivate students as they progress in the training
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed
- Utilize PPF tools properly
- Conduct vehicle inspections as required
- Assist other instructors with teaching and training of students
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines throughout the installation process
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in installation or a related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
