Technical Training Manager jobs in Castle Rock, CO

Technical Training Manager leads the design and delivery of technical training programs. Determines training objectives by conducting analysis of overall needs and specific skill or knowledge gaps. Being a Technical Training Manager manages the development of training programs and materials including outlines, text, handouts, hands on exercises, and training evaluations. Establishes processes to monitor results and collect feedback on training instructors to determine effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Technical Training Manager assesses and manages any contractors utilized to deliver specialized training. May manage IT, product, or equipment training depending on the industry and setting. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an director. The Technical Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Technical Training Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Operational Adjunct (Customized Training)

  • Duties:

    The Operational Adjunct will coordinate an oral health pathway career mentoring program. The program will encompass mentors with various stages of work and education experience in an oral health career who provide structured mentoring to mentees who are racially diverse and interested in an oral health career. The Operational Adjunct will manage a small budget, plan other events related to the mentoring program and monitor requests for funding.

    Essential Functions:

    · Working with the Director of Customized Training, Short Term Credentials, and Apprenticeships to find solutions to barriers and continuously improve the program.

    · Recruiting mentors and mentees to the program.

    · Conducting annual orientations for mentors and mentees.

    · Ensure mentors receive stipends and maintain a system for distributing stipends.

    · Plan and facilitate two annual learning retreats for oral health career pathways.

    · Manage requests for special projects and maintain a system for evaluating and awarding special project funding.
