Technical Training Manager leads the design and delivery of technical training programs. Determines training objectives by conducting analysis of overall needs and specific skill or knowledge gaps. Being a Technical Training Manager manages the development of training programs and materials including outlines, text, handouts, hands on exercises, and training evaluations. Establishes processes to monitor results and collect feedback on training instructors to determine effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Technical Training Manager assesses and manages any contractors utilized to deliver specialized training. May manage IT, product, or equipment training depending on the industry and setting. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an director. The Technical Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Technical Training Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Role
As the General Manager, you oversee all store operations, staff, budgets, and sales activities for Zoom Room. You are the perfect fit for this role because you are a thoughtful leader, a confident decision-maker, and have a passion for customer service and helping our people develop professionally.
You have a passion for training dogs and coaching humans. Through our best-in-class proprietary training program you will grow daily in your knowledge of dog behavior, canine learning theory, and effective dog training/human coaching techniques. You will lead private and group classes, all while providing a first-class customer experience to our clients, and high-value mentoring to our staff. For this role, professional dog training experience is a plus, but it’s not necessary if you have experience and comfort interacting with and handling dogs of all sizes.
