Lectures on the safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment. Additionally, Technical Trainer, Sr. administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an manager. The Technical Trainer, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Our client is the leading supplier of aluminum products such as rods for windows and doors, bumpers for semi's and buses, etc. We are currently running Monday-Friday with possible overtime, 40-55hrs a week, paying $17 an hour. Laborers and Press Operators are needed to keep up with production volume.
Laborer and Press Operator Requirements
- Previous experience working in a factory environment
- experience running, loading and unloading, troubleshooting machines
- working with aluminum
- steel toe work boots are required
- reliable transportation
Laborer and Press Operator Benefits
