Job Description:
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
Responsibilities:
Provide professional development, support, and training of enterprise
applications such as the BCPS One Learning Management System, Student
Information System, and Scheduling software.
Assess and identify application training needs. Assist in the development and
implementation of plans, programs, and strategies for training and support.
Research and develop training materials and modalities.
Provide expertise and training in the inter-connectivity of applications within
BCPS One.
Develop and update BCPS One support materials including BCPS One Manual
documents.
Coordinate consistent communication with teachers in the S.T.A.T. program, the
Office of Innovative Learning and the Offices of Curriculum and Instruction to
provide proactive support.
Websites, e-mail, online learning management systems, computer simulations,
streamed discussions, data files, databases, and audio to promote school-based
staff understanding of enterprise applications and develop essential skills.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of current and emerging information and educational technologies.
Competencies in conducting a telephone, in-person, or online training and
support.
Demonstration of effective human relations skills.
Demonstration of effective problem-solving, questioning, evaluation,
organizational, communication, collaboration and time-management skills.
