We are seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs to technicians, operators, and engineers. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the technical skills and knowledge of our stakeholders, ensuring they can effectively run our processes. This is an exciting opportunity to train others on novel processes that will allow the efficient production of a ground-breaking battery!
This opportunity is based out of Form Energy's Eighty Four, PA facility. Relocation assistance is available.
Develop curriculum, incorporating it into training materials (manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises) that meet the needs of various audiences
Deliver in-person or virtual training for employees, ensuring training methods accommodate different learning styles
Evaluate and improve effectiveness of training sessions and track trainee progress
Create and update documentation and knowledge bases
Continuously enhance your technical training expertise by developing your understanding of the subject matter and staying current with emerging trends and updates in the field
5 years’ experience in the training field or related area as a Technical Trainer (or related role); experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to project manage multiple training initiatives
Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about teaching technical concepts
Experience with technical support or customer service
Familiarity with adult learning principles
Availability to work shifts on an as-needed basis to accommodate the scheduling requirements of different trainee groups
