Vander Haag's is currently accepting applications for an individual who is passionate about teaching and developing others as a Technical Trainer.
This position could be based out of any one of Vander Haag's, Inc. 10 facility locations. The Technical Trainer is responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs for technicians across all Vander Haag's, Inc. locations. They develop materials to be used in the training and designs exercises for application. This position regularly leads classes in both in-person and virtual settings.

Some travel will be required to various VHI locations on an as needed basis. Travel requirements estimated to be less than 10%.
Compensation:
This is an overtime exempt (salaried) position. Compensation will be dependent upon prior experience and qualifications.
Hours:
Work hours will generally mirror our business operational hours (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, M-F). However, occasional adjustments to the work schedule may be necessary while developing and conducting training.
