Technical Trainer, Sr. jobs in Brentwood, NY

The Trainer Page is looking for a part-time fitness teacher to join us. We want someone who is nice, humble, has lots of energy, and can build amazing relationships with our members.

We are not like other group training studios; our mission is to show our members the mental benefits of working out. Our sessions are called 'Sweat Therapy Sessions,' and they help people who might be scared of the gym or don't know how to exercise. In our sessions, you can help each person one-on-one. We have up to 24 to 30 people in each session that is 45 minutes long.

We need you to work these hours:

• Tuesday: 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM or 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM (depending on your schedule)
• Thursday: 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM (a must)
• Some weekends

You will work at least 8 hours, but you might work up to 15 hours every week!

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach fun and motivating Sweat Therapy Sessions.
• Help and support everyone, so they feel like they belong.
• Learn new things about exercise to make our members happy.
• Keep our place clean and neat.
• Work well with your team to make our studio great.
• Learn how to check members in and help with membership stuff.
• Help clean and set up the gym

Payment:

• Compensation: Hourly rate
• Please note that for each session trained, you may work an estimated 4 to 5 hours per shift (including setup, session time, admin work, and cleanup).

Requirements:

• Need at least 1 year of training experience.
• It's good if you've trained small groups before.
• You should be a certified fitness instructor.
• Be really good at talking and working with people.
• Be full of energy and make people excited.
• Be able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
