Overview:
The City of Phoenix Community and Economic Development Department is seeking a technical writer to document efforts to bridge the digital divide in Phoenix.
Since May 2020, the city has partnered with multiple agencies to create a digital canopy that would provide internet access to K-12 students at no charge to families. To date, the digital canopy has been installed in two Phoenix elementary school districts as a proof-of-concept area and plans are in place to expand to another two elementary school districts.
