We are currently seeking an experienced Trainer specializing in framing to join our dedicated training team. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to foster employee growth and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in the framing industry.
What you’ll do : Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on framing techniques, tools, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Assess training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with construction managers. Design educational material such as manuals, online learning modules, and hands-on exercises.
Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions for framing and general construction skills. Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically.
Provide mentorship and coaching to employees, aiding in their professional development and career progression. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the framing and construction industry.
What do you need to succeed? Proven experience as a construction trainer, with a specialization in framing. In-depth knowledge of framing techniques, materials, tools, and safety standards.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and educate individuals and groups. Certification in training (e.g., CTT or equivalent) and a background in construction management or a related field.
