Technical Trainer jobs in Arkansas
Technical Trainer creates and conducts technical training programs. Determines training objectives. Being a Technical Trainer writes training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises. Lectures on the safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment. Additionally, Technical Trainer administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Technical Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Our team is seeking an energetic and dedicated Trainer to provide daily training support to the bank. This position is responsible for development and delivery of training. All existing content must be current and in alignment with company culture. Collaborate with management to meet target audience's needs. Possible concentrated focus in Retail, Lending, Operations, or Leadership.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc., equivalent to a four year college degree
- Plus 2 years of related experience and/or training,
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
HOURS
- Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
LOCATION
This job may be located in the following locations: Fayetteville, AR; Stuttgart, AR; Mountain Home, AR, or Pocahontas, AR.
