We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly. Duties:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist with network setup and configuration
- Install and configure software applications
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Requirements:
- Some experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, LAN, SCCM, firewall configurations, and desktop support
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
