Job Description:
o Respond to service tickets via Eitan Medical’s Service Portal
o Responsible for approving user registration and user management across multiple platforms
o Provide technical support to service technicians for all products and applications
o Answer customer support calls and follow through until complete resolution within 24 hours
o Site implementation support (potential on-site travel)
o Confirm warranty status and approve warranty invoices
o Manage RMA process devices
o Escalation of customer complaints and clinical questions
o Manage project progress and milestones to meet deadlines
o Assist with management of level 2 vendors
o Associates Degree or equivalent experience
o BMET or other technical certification (advantage)
o Action-oriented, results-oriented, ‘take charge’ attitude.
o Remote Dial In / Phone Support Skill Sets
o IT Skills – Diagnosing / Troubleshooting / Resolving IT and Technical Issues
o Organizational Skills
o Ability to teach / educate on Functions and Features to empower our customer base
o Excellent communication skills
o Availability to travel for on-site visits to vendors and customers - Must
o Microsoft windows (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
o SAP, Medical Device and Saleforce.com experience a plus
o Articulate, high integrity, friendly, self-motivated, detail oriented, flexible
