Job Description
Gridless is looking for a Technical Support representative to handle Tier 1 customer support questions. Your responsibilities will include providing front line technical support to customers, supporting the sales team, and helping support installations with new customers.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate is organized, patient, and has excellent interpersonal and communications skills. They must be customer oriented and enjoy working with a small team in a highly collaborative environment. Experience with troubleshooting IoT devices and camera systems is a plus.
